Loved reading this! As I have had COVID the past several days and have been laying in bed, I have had a great deal of reflection time. No resolutions for the new year, just goals. Goal #1- Eat more healthy, which means do more meal planning,. #2 - Renew my yoga membership, laying in bed, has made my joints and muscles stiff. #3. - become a paid subscriber, best thing I’ve done all day!
