Yeah. I'm not sure that they are. And I'm really sad about it. Because I was getting WAAAAAYYYY more replies to my newsletter/post that I was getting comments. Connection is what newsletters are all about, and I reply to every personal email I get. So, if Substack can't assure me that this will be fixed, I might have to figure something else out. :(
